When we visit Ulm, like staying here. Luxurious and wonderful hotel that has exceptionally polite staff at the check-out day after lunch time.
Their breakfast is nothing fancy, can be better.

Location on border of the Donau
Aircondition was not working. Room was extremely hot - apparently all rooms had same problem. No alternative available. Windows (at 14 floor !!) were opened by staff. One of us had food poisining of restaurant food.

Hotel is really old, outside looks good but inside needs renovation
Outside temperature was 15 Celcius and central heating was working on maximum so result was sauna in my room , when i inform about this personel they said we now that from 2 months and we try to fix it but right now we can not do anythink.

I really liked the view, the room, the amiability of receptionists. Also the breakfast was very very good.
- Few programs on tv - the price of internet (we are not in the 80's anymore, internet should be a free resource everywhere)

Loved the digital shower experience-totally seemed like a waterfall! The view of the river is just amazing. Can't beat the pool after a long day!

The classic double room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view. We traveled with our dog, and they really were really nice by providing dog bowls, treats, and a blanket. The hotel is conveniently close to the city center. The underground parking even has ev chargers!

Sad that in the bar, after a fantastic dinner in the panoramic restaurant, we were obliged to watch a big television with a football match in this type of hotel but all the rest were very good (Second stay for me)

100% recommend for a short stint
Spacious room, excellent breakfast, with a magnificent view of the river. The indoor swimming pool was also a nice touch that allowed for some relaxation after a day of exploring.
No negatives from this place.

The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room are very spaceful with comfortable beds and very clean. Next door to the Ulm Congress Center and business district.
The breakfast buffet is expensive and parking garage.
